Domestic cats descend from desert animals, and they still carry a famously weak thirst drive. They were built to get water from prey — which is roughly 70% water. Then we invented kibble, which is around 10%.

Will my cat actually eat it?

Can I put it in her water instead?
Please don't. Cats detect changes in their water and commonly respond by drinking less — which inverts the whole mechanism. Give it by hand or on food.

My cat is straining and not producing urine. Should I order?
